Her Coconess wants to be sure that you are 100% satisfied with your confection purchase. If you are unsatisfied in any way with any of our perishable products, please contact our customer service department and we will do our best we can to make your experience with Her Coconess a pleasant one!
Shipping Policies & Care

Given the delicate nature of chocolate Her Coconess Confections takes the utmost care to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition.

Our world famous chocolates are made of the freshest ingredients and are best consumed within 14 days of delivery; however, the shelf life is between 6 and 8 weeks at 70 degrees (Optimum storage temperature is 68-70 degrees Fahrenheit).

  • San Francisco Bay Area shipments only take one transit day and will be shipped ground.
  • Orders placed Monday–Wednesday before 12 P.M Pacific Standard Time will be shipped the next business day.
  • Orders placed Thursday–Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
  • Cooling materials, at an additional charge of $4.00, will be used in the months of May–September.
  • If needed, upgraded shipping — Second Day and Next Day Delivery are an option at check out.

 
 

Federal Express has the option to leave packages without a signature. Her Coconess Confections is NOT responsible for damage or theft after delivery to an address specified by the customer. Shipping to a business address is the best practice to ensure that the confections arrive in the best possible condition if you are unsure if the recipient will be home to accept the delivery.

Please double check the destination address. Her Coconess Confections can NOT be held responsible for delays or returns due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
