The best way to care for your candy and confections is to keep them in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and strong odors.
How long will my chocolate last?
When stored properly, the Salted Caramels will last 3 months. The Nibby Rocky Road is best eaten within 6 weeks.
What percentage of cocoa do you use?
We use Onyx 72% Extra Bittersweet from Guittard, which a locally owned family business since 1868.
Do your products contain soy lecithin?
Yes, soy lecithin is a natural emulsifier that keeps the cocoa and cocoa butter from separating in chocolate.
Do your confections have wheat or other allergens in them?
Her Coconess' confections are gluten free. They are made in a facility where tree nuts and peanuts are present.
Do your chocolates contain hydrogenated oils?
No, our confections are 100% natural and free of hydrogenated oils and trans fats.
