Welcome to Her Coconess Confections. We make candy confections and delicious gifts, all handcrafted and beautifully packaged, using only the freshest, natural ingredients—pure cane sugar, sweet organic cream, Madagascar vanilla bean and Guittard dark chocolate.
Creating candy is my passion. I’m obsessed with using the finest ingredients and the best candy-making techniques. It is the surest way to delight our customers with each delicious taste.
How we began - After much encouragement from friends and family, what was once a hobby became my livelihood. This new business needed a name. For a brainstorming evening my best girl friends and I got together over chilled French champagne and our favorite cheeses. We wanted something regal. A name that would reflect my love for chocolate and all things French. It was Pamela who said “how about Her Coconess?” “That's it!” I said. “I Love it!” Champagne is very inspirational! I realized my dream and founded Her Coconess.
